Here are some questions we get repeatedly. We hope this helps get you vaping quicker and safer.

  1. Why hasn't my item been delivered? We pack, label, and hand over the packages to shippers daily during the week. Once it leaves our hands, we have no control. When there are holidays or bad weather, you should expect delays. Just keep checking the tracking on MaxVaping.
  2. My tank is leaking. What could it be? Most of the time this is caused by an atomizer that isn't screwed all the way in or a washer/o-ring that isn't seated properly on the device.
  3. How do I get more vapor? That's a combination of so many things, including your battery, atomizer coil, airflow, and e-juice. Use a fully-charged high-drain battery. Try lower ohm builds in your atomizer. Use devices like the Helios with adjustable airflow. Use e-juice that is primarily VG-based.
  4. I put a battery in my mod, but it won't fire. Well, if you're sure the battery is charged, chances are the problem is with the contact pins inside the mod at the top and on the switch. On most mods, you can adjust those pins by screwing or unscrewing them, so they make contact. This adjustment will also reduce battery rattle.
  5. I believe my item is broken. Best to contact us and speak to us on the phone about it. We'll need a picture or some evidence to start the return and refund or exchange process.
  6. Why do I have to pay sales tax? If the shipping address is in a state where we have an office, we are required to collect sales tax.
  7. Can I get a discount if I buy more than one product? Unless you're buying large quantities (wholesale orders), no, because our margins are very thin as they are. However, if you order items together, we usually can ship them together.
  8. I can't figure out how to correctly set up or use my device. The easiest thing to do is look for YouTube videos, and start watching. There are some great ones from Phil Busardo, Grimm Green, and, our favorite, Rip Trippers.
  9. I paid for overnight shipping. Why haven't I received my order yet? Overnight shipping is just that, not overnight delivery. Depending on what time you place the order, and where the shipment is going, it could take two business days to arrive.
  10. Do you guys have a storefront? No, sorry. Maybe someday. For now, if you're in the area, you are welcome to stop by the warehouse to pick up your order. We also offer local delivery.
  11. Which magnets do I need for my mod to replace the springs in the fire button? We have various ones sized to specific mods. The thicker magnets are stronger. The strength you need depends on how you like your button. We prefer stronger magnets on heavy mods and atomizers so they can be set upright and won't fire.
  12. Is the item in the picture exactly the color I will receive? The pictures shown are from the manufacturers or are ones we took of the devices using a digital camera and a light box, which has fluorescent lighting. That means it will look the same in bright fluorescent lighting, but it might be slightly darker in sunlight or incandescent light.
  13. Why don't you guys check every product to make sure they work before sending them? It simply isn't practical, because we typically have hundreds of orders a day. There's no way we'd have enough time to get them out quickly. Also, many buyers would be upset if their item was "used" when they receive it. Damages will happen. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy.
  14. When I wash my device, it seems some of the color comes off. Be careful when you clean your device, especially painted glass tanks. Any abrasive will harm the finish. Just use warm water and a soft cloth.
  15. Can I stack batteries in my mod? You can, but to ensure proper operation and safety, they should be the same style/brand battery and have a similar charge level.
  16. Why do I need to return my broken item? Can't you just send me another? For us to receive credit from the manufacturer, we need to send your broken item to them.
  17. My credit card keeps getting declined, but I know I have adequate credit available. Your billing and shipping address must match. This is the law. Plus, we do this to avoid fraud. If you want to buy something as a gift, you'll need to have it delivered to you then resend it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we want only the highest security for our clients.
  18. Do you guys ship on weekends? No. Sorry, we have lives too.
  19. Where will my item ship from? It depends. We have offices throughout the US.
  20. Why did I get a verification phone call? California residents will be called to confirm orders after 5pm PST based on state laws.
  21. My device reads "short" when trying to use coils. Why? Usually, that means the resistance is too low for your mod. Try using as single-coil or add another wrap to the coil.
  22. Can I use nicotine salts liquids for RDAs and Tanks? You should not. The nicotine levels are too high for those devices, which would cause you to intake too high a nicotine level into your system. Only use salts in refillable pod systems.
  23. I'm not getting any order confirmation or shipping updates. Why? This is usually because our emails are accidentally being sent to your junk or spam folders. The best way to prevent this is to mark our emails as "not spam" add our email addresses to your contacts.
  24. Why can't I select any shipping options for my delivery? Certain states forbid us from shipping certain vaping products there.
  25. Why must I choose Adult Signature delivery? All states now require that a person 21+ sign to receive all vaping supplies. If the package is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
  26. Why must I be 21 to buy your products? What about 0mg vape juice and hardware? We only sell to people verified as 21+ to encourage responsible vaping.
  27. Where did your MaxeJuice.com website go? We combined it into MaxVaping.com to improve the shopping experience and help us meet new local, state, and federal laws.
  28. Where did my favorite juice go? Juice manufacturers were required to submit PMTA to the FDA by September 2020. Many popular brands chose not to go through the tedious and pricy process, meaning we are no longer allowed to sell their products.
  29. Can I pick up my order? Sure, if you are in the area of one of our warehouses. It's best to call before you come by to make sure we are in. Bring your ID as you will need to prove you are 21+.
  30. How does local delivery work? We use various local delivery services to deliver the supplies to your door, based on how close you live to one of our warehouses or pick-up points. If you don't see that option at checkout it means you are too far from a pick-up point. The delivery driver will need you to be present and to show valid ID proving you are 21+ for delivery.
